  BUYERS, in a real estate transaction the buyer does not pay for the services of a Realtor.  A Realtor can provide the necessary knowledge and resources to help you penetrate the market and achieve your goal.  We offer an initial consultation FREE.  At this meeting we provide you with copies and information on all of the forms that you will need to use to complete a transaction.

SELLERS, please note we want to sell your home.  We do not charge you an Administration Fee to sell your home.  What we will do is give your home maximum exposure to ensure the most traffic possible through your home. In addition to featuring your home on the Multiple Listing Service, we will also feature your home on seven additional websites.   Please note that we pay all additional advertising and marketing costs, with no additional costs to you.  We offer a free, no obligation market analysis of you home and free trade-up coordination if you are selling and buying in Hampton Roads.  If you are moving out of the area we will assist you in locating a Keller Williams Realtor at your new destination.
