Thank you so much for all of the help you have given us as we relocated to Virginia Beach. I honestly don't know how we could have done this without you.

From our first visit to Virginia Beach though to the closing, you answered all of our questions and allayed our worries. Your initial "tour" of Virginia Beach with Tom gave him a good idea of what types of homes were available in our price range and what parts of the city we might want to live in. When I came down with Tom for a follow-up visit, you listened closely to what we wanted, and you didn't waste any of our time showing us houses that wouldn't interest us. All of the houses you showed us were in our price range and in the type of neighborhood we wanted.

When we found a house we liked (the third one we looked at!), you sat with us for over an hour and helped us craft the best possible offer-something that was critical in such a competitive market. When we learned about the specific competition we were facing, you negotiated skillfully and aggressively, ensuring that ours would be the winning bid. Because of your careful consideration of our preferences and knowledge or the bidding process, we ended up buying a perfect house on the first day of our trip to Virginia Beach.

Throughout the purchase process, you were supportive and helpful. Buying a house long distance (we were in Massachusetts during the entire process) can be, to say the least, nerve-wracking. You took care of the pest inspection, the walk-through, communications with the lawyer, and a myriad of other details. Everything was accomplished well in advance of the closing date so that on the day, we knew everthing was in place. Everything, of course, except a missing $100 which I had not sent because of an erroneous calculation in the settlement cost. True to form, you came through at the eleventh hour and lent us the missing money without hesitation.

Thank you again for all of your wonderful help. I would recommend you without hesitation.
